STEPHANIE SUBER, D.O.
Dr. Suber, founder of Family Centered Medicine, is a Board Certified physician in Family Medicine.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from the University of Kansas. She graduated with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Des Moines in 2004 and completed her residency at Research Family Medicine in 2007.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians, and the Kansas Academy of Osteopathic Physicians.
BRITANI CONGLETON, PA-C
Britani is a Board Certified Physician Assistant.
She attended Kansas State and received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition in 2006.
She completed her Bachelor of Physician Assistant status at Pace University/Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY in 2009.
Moving back to Kansas, she started immediately in family medicine and has practiced with Dr. Suber since graduation.
Heather is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from the University of Kansas in 1995, and completed her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, in 1998.
Heather has practiced family medicine in Lawrence for over 20 years. She served as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Physician Assistant Program from 2016-2019 and continues to lecture and mentor PA students.
She is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
MADISON SCOTT, PA-C
Madison is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant.
She attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2014. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 2019.
Moving to Kansas, she started immediately in family medicine and has practiced with Dr. Suber since graduation.
LESLIE LINDSAY, PA-C
Leslie Lindsay is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant.
She completed a dual Master degree program, obtaining her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Public Health at Touro University of California in 2017. Prior to that she received a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Wichita State University in 2013. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
She has a special interest in caring for families. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband, children, and their dog.
